Chef Reena Sharma Ramlakhan is the Executive Chef and Owner of Chef SweetLadyR Catering & Events, a luxury catering and private chef company serving New Jersey, New York, and the greater Tri-State area.

As a woman, mother, entrepreneur, and proud Guyanese-American chef, Reena created Chef SweetLadyR not only to share her love of food but to build a lasting legacy for her daughter and future generations. What began as a dream fueled by passion and perseverance has grown into a thriving culinary brand dedicated to excellence, culture, and community.
Throughout her journey, Reena has faced challenges, setbacks, and countless closed doors.
