Soniashnyk

Soniashnyk was started by Ukrainian refugee Svitlana along with her husband, Mimo, a Syrian refugee. Together they have built an offering of handcrafted sweets, snacks, and more traditional Ukrainian foods.

The name Soniashnyk means sunflower in Ukrainian, tying to Svitlana’s heritage and the flower’s symbolism as an icon of hope, peace, and unity.

Svitlana will be providing a dessert platter of gluten-free Ukrainian cookies and chocolates.
