Ironbound Farm & Ciderhouse
Ironbound Farm was founded on the belief that businesses can, and should, be the engine of environmental, economic, and human repair. Ironbound Farm is the site of multiple integrated enterprises, including year-round produce, meat, and egg production; an heirloom cider orchard; a retail farm market; and an on-farm cidery, event space, and tasting room. Each month, thousands of people come to the Ciderhouse to enjoy limited-edition ciders, farmstead wines, cocktails, and seasonal menu items prepared over open fire that showcase the region’s agricultural bounty.
Crafted by acclaimed Napa Valley winemaker Cameron Stark, our ciders are made from 100% fresh-pressed apples, sourced from our orchards and family farms in NJ, NY, and PA, and are infused with locally grown and foraged fruits and botanicals, including beach plums, dry-harvested cranberries, burdock, and hops. Many of the botanicals Cameron uses are grown on our farm—allowing him to create unique flavor profiles that are only possible because we grow uncommon varieties of herbs, flowers, and small fruits that are deeply aromatic and intensely flavorful.
Our hard ciders do not contain any added sugars, preservatives, or artificial flavors.
Ironbound Hard Cider’s tagline, From a Farm. Not a Factory. differentiates us in a crowded marketplace filled with supposedly “natural” beverages that are actually produced with lab-made flavorants and ingredients from industrial-scale, chemical-intensive farms.
