Tonnie Rozier is the Founder and CEO of Tonnie’s Minis, a beloved bakery brand known for its signature mini cupcakes, classic desserts, and clean-label baking approach. Since opening his first storefront in New York City’s West Village in 2006, Tonnie has built a loyal following throughout the tri-state area by combining homemade recipes with premium ingredients and bold flavors. 

Inspired by his mother’s famous carrot cake recipe, Tonnie expanded the brand into a destination for cupcakes, cakes, cookies, banana pudding, and specialty desserts enjoyed by celebrities, corporate clients, and local communities alike. Today, Tonnie’s Minis continues to grow from its Newark headquarters, serving retail customers, catering events, and developing retail-ready dessert products for broader distribution. 

Tonnie’s Minis has been featured on Food Network’s Cupcake Wars and visited by notable public figures including Senator Cory Booker, former Governor Phil Murphy, and former Vice President Kamala Harris.
